Urgent care and virtual visits (ONLY available to DR. Kathy's current clients)

$56 Flat rate fee

     Audio or video visit- 15 minute (longer visits will be billed higher)

     Visit with Dr. Kathy- Emergency Medicine boarded as well as Integrative Medicine boarded

     Provides visit for new or prescription refills

     Common and minor illnesses

     Doctors note when applicable

     Coronavirus risk assessment- Will provide fingerstick at home lab kit to test for exposure - projected availability is Mid April

     Mild cough may require coronavirus assessment.  In our local area we are using Geisinger and Penn State Medical center, as well as UPMC West Shore Hospital as testing sites          of choice

     Antibiotics for bacterial infection including UTI, Sinus infections and earaches

     No Controlled substance prescriptions

     No Serious injury or emergencies. 

Functional Medicine Visits:

     New patient visits- 90 minute assessment  $400

     (Must fill out all of new patient paperwork, including functional medicine forms, consents, virtual visit paperwork)

     Limited New patient visit 1 hour $300-  Functional medicine assessment- focused on one complaint

     Functional Medicine Follow up visits   $150  for 30 minutes, (longer visits will be billed at a rate of $300/hour) 

Medical Marijuana:

     We can continue to see medical marijuana patients.  Follow up visits are at the same rate of $150.

     New patients $300.  You must provide documentation of your medical condition necessitating need for medical Marijuana.
